Patient in her 30’s with recent breast lift with implants with another surgeon (6 months prior) with early bottoming out, dissatisfied with loss of upper pole fullness. She underwent revision augmentation (same implants used), with pocket tightening, mesh internal bra and redo breast lift. She also had a tummy tuck with Hi-Def lipo and fat transfer hip dips.
