Patient in her 40’s with prior breast augmentation x 2 with other plastic surgeons, presented with double bubble deformity left breast immediately after her most recent surgery and was told everything was fine by her plastic surgeon. She underwent revision breast augmentation with mesh internal bra, breast fold reconstruction and elevation as well as breast lift.
