Patient in her 30’s with 3 recent plastic surgery procedures within 6 months from a local board – certified plastic surgeon. She was concerned with how higher her tummy tuck scar was. On exam, we noted that she was also bottomed out significantly with double bubble (you can see her scar above the bottom of her implants) with nipples pointing up to the sky. A revision tummy tuck with Hi-Def lipo, pubic lift and revision breast augmentation with mesh internal bra was done to correct her 3 prior botched breast and tummy tuck surgeries.
