Patient in her 50’s with prior saline, above the muscle, augmentation with right breast implant deflation. She felt she was too large. She underwent revision with capsulectomy, re-augmentation with silicone below the muscle and breast reduction/lift. New implants were 140 cc silicone cohesive, gummy bear implants. Prior implants were 250 cc.
