Patient in her 50’s with prior bilateral mastectomy and implant with 5 prior surgeries at the University hospital to have a symmetric reconstruction that were all unsuccessful. In 1 surgery, we took everything out and redid her bilateral reconstruction with Alloderm and new implants as well as additional skin removal and fat redistribution/grafting with Internal bra to achieve symmetry she desired
