Patient in her 50’s with prior fleur – de – lis tummy tuck by another surgeon. She desired to be converted to a lower body lift to treat her lower back, hips and buttocks. She refused to have any fat transfer to her buttocks despite our recommendations. A lower body lift and revision of tummy tuck scars was done, no fat transferred.
