Patient in her 50’s with prior mastectomy and implant reconstruction with another plastic surgeon. She had significant asymmetries and symmastia (implants come together in the middle). She had a revision done with repair of symmastia, and repopsitioning of implant pockets. She also had an extended arm lift done at the same time.
