Patient in her 50’s with 3 prior breast augmentation surgeries elsewhere. Patient had redo breast augmentation-reduction with capsulectomy, capsular modification, mesh internal bra and breast fold reconstruction as well as tummy tuck with 360 Hi-Def lipo and BBL. Patient had implants downsized from 500 cc to 260 cc in addition to the breast reduction.
